Construction of our Addition

Here's an update on the addition. Most of the brickwork is complete and the new siding is finished as well.

Here's a picture of the inside of the addition.

And this ones of some of the icicles that "hung-out" on the new porch during the ice-storm we had a couple of weeks ago.

Vacation to Duck North Carolina

Our family enjoyed a week vacation in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, December 28th through January 5th.

Thanks to our good friends--Keith and Doris Smalley for letting us go and stay at their lovely beach house again!

We had a wonderful time and were able to get some much needed rest together as a family.
